Meet Switzerland inspiration by New Zealand wine in Japan. — 8 years ago
Sweet and spicy red fruit on the nose. Round mid body with spicy, tart, and sweet flavors with a buttery finish. This wine asks for another sip. — 9 years ago
Wow. Just wow. The original inspiration to open Fass selections was to be able to sell a 20-25 dollar Riesling with some fruit that really showed what the heap could do. This wine delivers on that hope. Lemon and mineral nose. Great depth on the palate. Complex. Balanced. Just a great wine. Bought from Fass selections. — 9 years ago

Thisnwas a spectacular wine, and quite memorable. If only all Cali chard could be like this. Bright acidity, great mouthfeel, subtle oak. The fruit was citrus driven and the wine had a delicious nuttiness to it. You can taste the burgundy inspiration, but it still tastes like California. — 10 years ago
Strong chocolate aroma, tastes like a Hershey's chocolate bar but better. Highly recommend, worth the price. — 10 years ago
Very elegant, linear and of course some inspiration from Selosse — 6 years ago
Roulot’s Bourgogne Blanc is possibly one of the most important, for me. This 2010 is one I’ve had the luck and pleasure to enjoy numerous times, and it exemplifies weight and weightlessness, class and pedigree, it cuts a fine line on the edge of reduction without becoming lost in Le matchstick. It is an inspiration for me. — 8 years ago
Hard to believe this is extra-brut. Floral, open-knit, lush. Delicious! — 9 years ago
Ripe cherry and plum with mocha and hints of earth nodding to that old world inspiration. Lush ripe tannins. A very tasty wine. However Not sure if it lives up to all the hype. — 10 years ago
Crozes-Hermitage gets no respect, but this domaine is bringing some serious wine to table. Inky and intense color. Smoke, game, olives and a burst of violets on the nose. Purity and focus on the entry, revealing succulent, juicy blackberry on the mid palate. Tannins are silky smooth but provide plenty of structure, reminding me of chewing on a soft, ripe blackberry. There’s a tensile quality about this wine- dense on the palate but with plenty of movement. Loving the balance and contrast going on here. Approachable, full of youthful fruit, a little playful and an excellent food wine. Drink now or enjoy for another 5 or so years. — 8 years ago
I brought in this wine to my store after it was placed on a closeout by one of my distributors. After trying it for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised. While the bottle notes emphasize the inspiration of the wine coming from Provence, this does not strike me at all similar to that area. Instead, this is a lovely example of the power and depth of new world blends. Very dark toned wine with rich chocolate, blueberry and cinnamon notes. — 10 years ago
Only after googling this wine I -oddly- came to know that terroir authority, saxophone player and owner Pedro Parra got inspiration from jazz record label Blue Note for this eye-catching wine label. But that's only the tip of the iceberg! A juicy, extremely refreshing, light-bodied red from Carignan and Malbec a.o, a multi blend that is different every year. My grandfather, a renowned local-drunk traveled every season to Cauquenes (a coastal, dry-farmed spot south of Santiago) to buy a number of demijohns for his own consumption, and I suspect that that wine tasted more or less like this. It's funny how young and iconoclasts winemakers are bringing Chile back to its roots by looking at the future. If you ever come across this wine don't think twice and buy a good number in the spirit of savvy drinkers like my grandad. @WineTraining @Dusan Bradanovich — 10 years ago

Fruity and mineral aromas with a hint of nuts. The fruity flavours are on a spectrum between orange citrus fruit and woodland berries. Great choice in the lower/medium price range if you want a more interesting bubbly. — 6 years ago
