The best of a few Cabs I had that day. — 7 years ago
Different Chardonnay, lime and citrus notes — 8 years ago
Outstanding. Gossamer pale peach with honeyed highlights, expressing pure alpine air, catmint, dried honeycomb, white peach, cherubs tears, and meadow flowers. On the palate, it’s elegant and beautifully balanced, each note perfection, not unlike Vivaldi’s Le Quattro Stagioni, here is lilting, refined, pitch-perfect acidity set against a backdrop of dewy raspberries that extends to sweet saline-edged oblivion. — 9 years ago
Exclwnt. I think this good be the very best varietal in their vineyard. Would buy a case in the blink of the eye. — 9 years ago
2008. Outstanding. — 10 years ago
2012 vintage will be great with a little more age. — 10 years ago
Best red ever! — 10 years ago
One of the current tastiest Daiginjos I've had. Thanks Todd from Corkage SF! — 11 years ago
Zingy, something almost...Chardonnay-ish about it. Not in a bad way. I don't love it like I did the 2015 but I'd drink it again. It got those asparagus notes crossed with pear and apple. I like it. I miss 2015 but hey that's wine--every year is it's own thing — 8 years ago
Citrusy with a strong aroma of orange zest, fresh coriander and sal del mar, finishing smoothly with a palate cleansing clean high acid taste. Pairs well with salmon, sautéed mushrooms, summer evenings. — 9 years ago
Tasty...smooth but plenty going on. — 10 years ago
Good berry. Nice fresh. 22.50 btb Uncorkd — 10 years ago
Apparently Linden, VA is the place to grow Chardonnay: it starts like it is going to hit with too much oak...but then it has wild and lingering acidity/ delightful — 10 years ago
An excellent example of a single vineyard Guenoc Valley PS, this wine is redolent with blackberries and plums. — 10 years ago
The Sea Ridge Chardonnay is rich and ample all in the Martinelli style but well balanced. Lemon pie, custard, ripe melons and French oak. Not the most subtle wine but very good in its own right. — 7 years ago
Lovely Merlot. Very strong dark fruit on the nose. The balance is good. Body provides a nice mouth feel. Lots of mocha flavors on this one. Lingering tannin finish is nice. — 8 years ago
Sourced from Wild Meadow in Round Hill, this classic North Gate chard has aged nicely and still has some rounding out to do. This really pushes all the taste buttons (tropical fruits, floral, oakiness, & vanilla)...and begs for playful food to harness its tannins! — 8 years ago
Solid Napa Cabernet that's very drinkable already. Raspberries and chocolate, so yummy! — 9 years ago
Love me my Petite Sirah! — 9 years ago
