Merry Christmas Eve-Eve!!! 🎄🎁🎅❄️🌟⛄️
Maybe, it’s the Christmas spirit and/or I really needed a good glass Rosé Champagne tonight but, I don’t recall this ever tasting better. Could simply be a better disgorgement? Ah, I’ll just say it’s Christmas Magic! Cheers! 🍾🥂
Shots around the house listening to our Christmas Eve Mix.
Yup, that’s my Wine Snowman! ⛄️
Be pairing this later with the Shari’s Chocolate Covered Strawberries that arrived today.

Orange, elderflower, green apple, saline, minerality. Extremely chuggable young summer wine. — 5 years ago
Lime and minerals on the nose. Tart strawberries and slightly effervescent on the palate. Can't really do better on an 80 degree evening, sitting on the lawn of the Wisconsin State Capitol ❤️ — 6 years ago
Great rosé. Good body and ready for the pool. Screw cap. Hit a of fruitiness but earthy as well. — 7 years ago
Had on Jet Blue of all places. Dry and smooth, they could have circled all day and I was ok. — 9 years ago
My guest was celebrating her birthday, she wanted something sweet pink and bubbly. Boom first thing that came up vueve. Sold it for $160 my guest loved it.
The wine has a luminous color with radiant rose accents. The nose is elegant and generous, with initial aromas of fresh red fruit (raspberry, wild strawberry, cherry)

Aha ha ha ha ahuhn, this is a French sparkling brut rose, a crement. She is from Alsace with crisp tiny bubbles, creamy body, with a toasty, yeasty flavor. I never can explain the nose of sparkling wines, so I won’t. — 3 years ago
I tend to be rather picky about rosé, but I always love those from the Tavel area. This one is consistently satisfying. Glorious salmon-pink color and fresh, juicy flavors of strawberry and watermelon. Great with our Niçoise salad! 60% Grenache, 13% Clairette, 13% Syrah, 10% Cinsault, 3% Mourvèdre, 1% Bourboulenc. 5/15/22. — 3 years ago
Color is pale red. Nose is peppery and hints of cherry jello.
Taste is cherry pie with earthy undertones. — 4 years ago
On this Sunday night the start of a new work week I have opened the 2019 Domaine de Triennes Rosé. This wine comes from Nans-les-Pins, France located between Marseilles and Toulon North of Bandol. This is a blend of mainly Cinsault with smaller amounts of Grenache, Syrah and Merlot.
On the nose I am getting red rasberry, cherry, tangerine, pomegranate, red currant, musky melon snd floral notes.
On the palate there is raspberry, tart cherry, strawberry, nectarine, a spiciness and good minerality.
This wine is pale pink onion skin in color, light to medium bodied with medium + acidity tuat moves into a long crisp fresh citrus finish. We are looking at a new week ahead and I wish everyone a safe and healthy prosperous week. Nostrovia! 🍷🍷🍷🍷 — 5 years ago
This is hands down my favorite rose to current. It is smooth, clean and fruity, not not overly sweet. A perfect balance and wonderful chilled or room temperature. — 5 years ago
Probably one of the best fresh rosés out there, for me. — 9 years ago
Cherry, strawberry, baked apple pie crust on the nose. Slightly tart cherry, creamy strawberry and touch of sweetness on the finish. — 9 years ago
I got two cases this year and I'm worried it's not enough. Always so perfect. — 10 years ago
The 2022 Rosé Chinon opens with a pretty blend of sweet spice, young peaches and freshly shaved pine. This is soft and round with a bump of zesty acidity and minerals that add tension. Ripe strawberry and melon tones wash across the senses. The 2022 finishes with decent length and a pleasantly chewy sensation as un tea and candied orange hints fade. Really great Rose, fresh and crisp easy drinking. Has good acidity, nice strawberry notes with a hint of cinnamon — 3 years ago
One of my favorites! Enjoyed with Thanksgiving dinner. — 4 years ago
Crisp, juicy, and delicious. Watermelon, strawberry, and guava. So much better than most rosés at this price point. Actually had body, substance, and character. This Sonoma Sangiovese was a hit for guests that didn’t know wine well. Will be purchasing more for $14 a bottle in Lebanon, NH. — 4 years ago
Dinner at the Conlin-Rifkin residence. — 5 years ago
Medium pink; medium plus intensity aromas of ripe strawberries, raspberry, red currant, mushroom, forest floor, limestone mineral; dry, medium acid, high alcohol, full body, medium plus intensity flavors consistent with aromas; long finish, ripe red fruit and funky earthy perfume fills palate, big wine but well balanced, outstanding — 5 years ago
Peach lemonade in the glass. A touch cloudy and gray, but delicate looks. Slightly astringent and hot on the nose. Nectarine pit, cloudberry, and a touch of acetone on the tongue. Almost orange wine like spices and spark. Surprising and lovely. Abso-frickin-ideal for pairing with briny seafood as well as something richer like a Malaysian honey BBQ chicken with mango salsa. — 6 years ago
Very good with grilled pork loin on a warm afternoon. A refreshing rose. — 9 years ago
This is really quite good. Juicy without being overbearing. Very red fruit flavor. Best rose I've had this summer. 2014 vintage. — 10 years ago

We opened this beautiful Cava, the 2020 Ravantós i Blanc Conca del Riu Anoia Extra Brut Cava Rose. From Catalonia Sant Sadurni D'Anoia, Spain. A blend of 44% Xarel-lo, 39% Macabeo, 12% Parellada and 5% Monastrell.
On the nose is strawberry, lemon, white peach, lime peel, almond and a bit of minerality.
On the palate there is strawberry, citrus, lemon, lime peel, tarragon, hazelnut, yellow apple and minerality.
This wine is medium bodied with an onion skin color with a bone dry mouthfeel medium + to high acidity that leaves us with a long fresh citrus wet rock finish. At $23 you can't go wrong. This will hang with the best sparkling wines. I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend please stay safe and healthy heading into this week ahead. Nostrovia! 🥂🥂🥂🥂 — 2 years ago
