I cannot believe I forgot to review this, had this so many times, maybe I did review it, just do not see the post, anyway, this is Stone's session IPA, what that means is, it is a lighter version of a IPA, most have 6-7 % alc/vol, this 4.5%, they use a hop bursting process, adding late addition dry hope at the end, big tropical notes and flavor, mango, passion fruit, pineapple, excellent beer, when you do not want to be blown away, but still want a hoppy fruity IPA — 11 years ago
I love almost everything green flash, but this is exceptional. The cedar adds a different kind of bitterness than hops can, and more depth. Very, very good. — 11 years ago
My favorite double IPA, from my favorite brewery, yes I am if you did not know, a big "Stone Head" I go visit this brewery very often to fill up my Stone Growlers, and pick beer that you can only get at the brewery, and of course "Enjoy By" which you can only get all the time in CA, or the brewery, this is the beer they released in 2010 to celebrate the anniversary of Ruination, it is much more hopped up version of that, big big hops, almost 11% ABV, big tropical and citrus notes, Awesome brew, only for true hop heads, this one will ruin your pallet for sure, glad they decided to release this now every year, once a year, so stock up like I did, you can get it now, the one few beers I give a perfect score, 10 out of 10, Excellent!!! — 12 years ago
Name:" Hana hato"/ brewery: Enoki shuzou/ region: Kure city, Hiroshima prefecture/ category: unrefined unpasturised "kijoushu", brewed with sake instead of water / fresh and rich note, rich and tasty attack, volume, texture. — 12 years ago
2012 Two Brothers Hop Juice Black. This black ipa is now tasting amazing, almost like a stout. I'm hunting for more now. — 13 years ago

Nice "soft" IPA from Denver. Light with a slight grassy and nutty flavor. — 14 years ago
Delicious 10% IPA...green tea comes out on the nose and finish. Great hop character. Would buy again! — 11 years ago
Balanced Hop - great taste — 11 years ago
Warning!!! This beer lives up to its name, new 2015 release, 150 IBU's , 9.5% ABV, this is only for real hop heads, big Columbus and Centennial Hops, little, and I mean little tropical fruit, what you really taste is a insane about of bitterness, like sucking on a grapefruit, tea and herbal notes as well, as for me I Love it, but I am a hop head, rating this beer in the style, and of course the name, this will wreck your pallet, make this the last beer after others if you are session beers, Great Beer — 11 years ago
The best beer this brewery has put out, so far, all their beers are very good, this one is excellent, in the style of a double west coast IPA, four different hops, and a perfect balance of a big malt backbone, very impressed, last year only on tap, now in 12oz 4 packs, — 12 years ago
Perfect amount of hop flavors. No astringency, no sweetness. — 12 years ago
Name:" Hana hato"/ brewery: Enoki shuzou/ region: Kure city, Hiroshima prefecture/ category: junmaiginjo unpasturised/ soft and fresh nose, clearly sweet and smooth attack, fresh acid and comfortable after. — 12 years ago
Nice black dude at hop city helped me pick this guy out. Drank it all by me self. With the help of one glass given to Kate Gaz. — 14 years ago

Not as hop-forward as expected but a good beer overall. On the unique side it has a nice tropical fruit finish and it's smooth. — 10 years ago
