Delectable is a shit app and won't let me out in my photo. Extraordinary intensity. Bottled in 2006. Opened in July drunk in December at blandy a lodge less sweet than most buals. Thrilling acidity. Smoothness. 21 abv. Salinity about 50 euros a glass 700 a bottle. The joy of drinking something by the glass. Sharp and coating. Almost has the complexity of great vinegar. Very surprising for only $35. Took about 30 min to open up and another 30 let out the flavors. Ruby red, sweet oak, bing cherry, cassis, vanilla, light body with similarities to Rutherford style. I could see this showing well for another 5 years and hello to the high alcohol %!
