I love the red blend, and Merlot. — 6 years ago
Cab Franc is so underrated. Usually like French ones better but this one is awesome for Ca. Still has that vegetal quality but rounded out with tons of big Cali vibes fruit. Medium tanin. Yum. — 7 years ago

Yup, a rose, but might as well call it a white. Palate reset as so dry. Unfiltered. What i might expect from a funky Loire producer — 8 years ago

Best of both worlds. Violets, cherries, dust light leather. Boozy! 14% I believe. Lies off after about 30-40. Super delicious and different. — 11 years ago
Very smooth and silky Merlot, drinks more like a lighter cab. Excellent compliment to the BBQ pork chops — 5 years ago

First time trying an old Felton Road and a Block 5 courtesy of Can. Forest floor, some black fruits. Great concentration with depth and intensity of flavour. Good length but never felt over-blown or heavy. Shows why this wine is an icon. 94 points — 11 years ago
really nicely done — 11 years ago
