In my view this the best Del Dotto vineyard, and I much prefer their French oak over American. Super rich and opulent, the nose is sweet and musty. The palate is sweet milk chocolate, raspberries, and pie spice. Long sticky finish. Their prices have gone up just like every body else's have, but the older vintages still hang with wines much higher in price. — 9 years ago
It ain't MOFO according to my wife. It met expectations according to my father in law. I thought it was f'ing awesome. Tough crowd aside it's a killer wine in my view. Father in law chose the rating. I would rate 9.7 — 9 years ago
