Love the mouthfeel, almost oily balances with striking acidity and a nice core of fruit, all in balance, almost restrained. — 7 years ago

Licorice nose and incredibly fragrant medium body. Hints of rose — 8 years ago
Everlasting pin point acidity with lemon zest, green pear, papaya and funky honeydew melon. Classic white pepper and snap peas on the nose. Citrus oil and flint pressing on the palate. Digging the arugula bouncing off the body. Refreshing and lively. Cheers! — 8 years ago
Damn near my age lol This was a lovely wine and a lovely night with a very good friend. This WAS the oldest wine I ever had until just recently. If only these wines could speak... — 9 years ago
Expressive nose with black peppercorns, cloves, crushed rock, a hint of iron & blood, underneath all that - pure black fruit. Fresh, spicy, enticing.
Medium bodied on the palate with ripe, grippy tannins, juicy black fruit acidity and nice purity to the fruit. This has grip, good tension, quite some power and loads of character. Reminiscent of Northern Rhône.
Nice length, too! A brilliant Austrian red! — 3 years ago
Too funky for sipping, but pairs very well with shellfish, brine & butter. Mineral, grass & straw. Complex. — 7 years ago
