There is a kombucha quality to the nose of this wine that I love: sour and alive. Rich and full on the palate...this was such a fun addition to our 7 fishes dinner on Christmas Eve. The mineral, brown butter finish is awesome paired with crab. This is really well done; I could never make this but I sure want to try! — 10 years ago

Holy moly. This is a juice fest. An organic, unfiltered juice fest. Had my first sip at room temp, then @Emily Wilson suggested it be chilled, and OH MAN. Once it’s cool, this bad boy really delivers. Hints of raspberry, strawberry, and red currant. Awesome minerality. Slightly effervescent like a sophisticated, funky, but truly exceptional red wine kombucha. I mean that in the best way possible. — 9 years ago
