Very dry, slightly sour but in a good way — 7 years ago
Very exciting; perfumed, complex and balanced. From the oldest Pinot vines in Ontario. There is a promising future for elegant wine in Ontario and wines like this are proof. — 7 years ago

Great aroma, an austere douro wine. Age will work even more wonders — 10 years ago
A touch of spice, earth, tobacco, and smooth. So freakin' good. I'm Sideways after an epic day of cycling. — 10 years ago
Unicorn. Jewel of a wine, but don't get too hyped up about it unless you're looking for that notch on your post. — 12 years ago
Amazing natty Ontario wine. Maybe a bit too dry this time. — 6 years ago
A nice Niagara Chardonnay. Quite full, but not overly rich if that makes sense. You get a bit of sensation from the barrel fermentation but there is no apparent oak, just body. Good acid but one smidge less cohesive on the finish than I’d like. Still nice. — 6 years ago
Unparallel intensity, concentration, & character. What a superb wine! Definitely aged to perfection! — 7 years ago
How could I drink this and not post it? I wanted to be a hater, but was happy to have a very good wine change my tune. The Rhone and Burgundy meet in this low alcohol, spicy, expensive oak kissed, dark fruited bottle. Nice with chicken and with a real future ahead of it.
