The Mt Brave, Mt Veeder Cabernet Sauvignon is a great match for their bone-in filet mignon. Dark, rich, gentle structure and deep fruits. A great time at The Capital Grille deserves some great wines. We had a few and ran the Napa gamut. The Insignia was up first and it did not disappoint. They always have a nice complexity of flavors battling it out for attention. One moment it is an early blackberry and the next it is a bright plum. Truly enjoyable. — 9 years ago
