Thought this beyond its peek.... On the contrary. Holy Moly what a mouth full. Moderate tannins and a power house of flavor — 11 years ago

I tasted this one almost 2 years ago. The exact details of this wine I can't recall, but what I do remember is that this was the best Soave I've ever tasted. May be hard to find, it was I wine I looked into importing. — 13 years ago
Another stunner from Greg Graziano, from his "Enotria" label. 2013 Cortese. Grown in Mendocino benchlands. Barrel fermented. No malolactic. Sur lie aged three months. Low ph, 3.1. Beautiful wine. — 10 years ago
Tasty valpol. Minimal earth. Good w homemade pesto/prosciutto/mozzarella pizza — 10 years ago
I'm a lover of all things Graziano, and his four labels. Wine club member for full disclosure. His Monte Volpe Negroamaro doesn't disappoint. Nose has a lot of that spice/red clay that mendocino usually puts out. Unfortunately there's a decent dose of mercaptan going on. Great, great lively, juicy fruit on the palate. His wines are usually very low pH (I've seen some reds by him in the 3.25/3.35 range) naturally so. Keeps everything in order, and clean. Good midpalate. A lighter style wine. Finish is the tiniest bit short, but the acid cleans it up. Very light, elegant tannin structure. Retails about 20 bucks. Shits on wines double or triple the price. #california #californiawines #mendocino #negroamaro #red #redwine #italian #graziano #montevolpe — 11 years ago

Great wine from Greg Graziano. Scored for 21 bucks as a club member. 27 months in barrel. As usual, low pH (3.5), great acid. Not a huge, high pH, Lodi or Napa zin. Italian primitivo-styled; more medium bodied. Amazing deal at 21 bucks. Only complaint is that it is a touuuuch hot in the finish. Other than that its a rocker. Great spice, clay, blueberry/raspberry compote on the nose. — 10 years ago
