Light salmon color, with a very fine mousse with strawberries & with a slight touch of flint. On the palate this champer provides wonder fruit again strawberry with no stickiness precision with a wonder mousse that makes the dance go away. Nice. For those wanting to explore Rośe champagnes good started & a decent value as compared to other Rośes. Cheers! — 8 years ago

Sharp and with a fine and slow bead. Opens with creamy lemon and fresh minerality, with soft orchard fruit on the finish. 80% Chardonnay 20% Pinot noir. 40 year old vines. 1/4 maloactive fermented. — 12 years ago
Wonderful perfumed bouquet, brown sugar, caramel...silky smooth. Wish I knew the vintage. — 12 years ago

GW tasting 12/13/16. $630. Nose that is well balanced with striking nuttiness and spices. Palate is balanced and savory and finish is long and complex. Be good with cigars. Last of classic collection. — 8 years ago
REALLY feeling the French/Mexican theme at Madrina in Dallas, mostly cause of the equally insane agave & brandy selections. — 9 years ago
This N.V. "Grand Reserve" from grower-producer Jean Milan shows a fine bead of bubbles and mouth-watering acidity balanced by a subtle yeastiness that belies is 8 prior to bottling. — 10 years ago

Bouzy, PN, Brut. Sentori di frutta rossa, (lamponi, ribes, piccoli frutti ) floreali, atipici per M. De Reims più zona meridionale. In finale frutta secca, lievito, mineralita' . Equilibrato, grande piacevolezza, fine — 12 years ago
Base vintage 1929 with the balance being slightly younger; paired with cigars and friends. Not a cognac guy, but this is such stuff as dreams are made. — 9 years ago
Love the freshness and fine balance of this 1er cru Champagne. — 10 years ago
