On a strong crisp acidic charge to the palate of grapefruit and grass with a lime undertone. Long finish of tart grapefruit and a lasting minerality. Very good value at $11.98 USD and works well with fish or as a sipper. Palate can't live up to the nose due to dominance of the minerality but still a very enjoyable glass. — 11 years ago
