On a strong crisp acidic charge to the palate of grapefruit and grass with a lime undertone. Long finish of tart grapefruit and a lasting minerality. Very good value at $11.98 USD and works well with fish or as a sipper. Palate can't live up to the nose due to dominance of the minerality but still a very enjoyable glass. — 10 years ago

This wine is so delicious. I can't get over the smell and taste of gooseberry! A very interesting flavor, but leads me to an extra sip. Some additional flavors Are lemon (citrus) maybe tangerine, and maybe some grassy/herby flavor. I will be getting this again. — 9 years ago

Instead, a great balance between the signature gun smoke, flint and lit match, layered with extra clean lemon, lime, and grapefruit.
