Give me buckets. Flint and melted butter acidified via glacier ice luge. Delicious. Thanks to Ralph at Hotel de Tourrel in Saint Remy. — 9 years ago
A very pleasant escape from the new style fruit bomb Syrah based pinots that have overwhelmed the market. A hint of smoke balances nicely with red fruit. Some mineral undertones. Yeah, even a touch of chocolate in there. It continues to open up. Not just a good NY Pinot noir but simply a fine Pinot all around. I dig it. — 10 years ago
An amazing micro brew from glacier water more than 700 years old. Small production and very local to the south of Iceland. Great clean, crisp taste! #LovingIceland #IcelandRoadtrip2015 — 10 years ago
Crqzy Patagonian Malbec w/ a touch of Merlot from ex glacier site in Rio Negro and bio farmed! Aromatic violets, crushed raspberries and cocoa. Long but light on its feet! — 10 years ago

2016- Bright green apple, pear, nectarine, lemon curd, a touch of sweet cream. Taste is bright, high acid, moderate phenolic bitterness. Medium body, dry through the middle lead to a silky finish. Normally I HATE chards but this is the kind I like. Virtually no barrel/mallow. Fruit focused and clean. Love it. — 7 years ago
Reminiscent of glacier lettuce. Drying. This + oysters = the truth. Sometimes it's good to do different. — 9 years ago

Fresh pear notes with a full finish- like drinking glacier water! So clean and delicate and alive with flavor. — 10 years ago
Hexamer goes glacier. It fits well. Still one of my favourite wine of this Producer. Clear, pure, bursting acidity paired with yellow fruit. Enjoyed out of a Plastik cup at almost 2000 Meters in Norway — 10 years ago
Like pear juice, but dry, behind a glacier. — 10 years ago

Un Syrah qué hay que dejar respirar una hora para obtener lo mejor de él, amarrado olor a barrica — 8 years ago
Delish complex textured rich. Much better than a California cab of similar price point. — 8 years ago

Love it. A great white ale. Smooth & crisp from clean glacier water — 10 years ago
2008. Dried roses, chokecherry liquor scents, and I could swear I smell a glacier. I haven't had a Valtellina Nebbiolo this good since the early 80s. Absolute Alpine Nebbiolo perfection. F--- modern Barolo. — 10 years ago
