At Willos Italian Night on Friday. No notes. More a party than a tasting. These Primitivos appeal to many Australian palates because of their size and ripeness. — 9 years ago

Dark and brooding. Sun dried tomato, olive. Some tarry notes, leather, intense dark fruit. Really pure and delicious with balsamic and earthiness. Quite masculine compared to the 79 alongside. A superb bottle. — 7 years ago
