Saca 2018. Lite fruktigare än gemene fino. Torkade russin. — 6 years ago
Mind Blowing! For a fino sherry, the depth and complexity of this wine is unrivaled. This is THE benchmark for all Finos. The previous reviews do a great job describing the taste. This is the only Fino that still follows traditional methods - aged under flor for 8 - 10 years in an oak Solera. Oh - and the palomino grapes all come from a single vineyard as well. Honestly, there is no better fino than this. Drink it with a plate of smoked ham and almonds or some strong tasting sushi. Enjoy! — 6 years ago

Not so clear in terms of composition, blind tasting says it is not typical Sangiovese.
Example of organic wine before it became a mainstream. Very good balance of berries and seems like it was aging in oak 3 years. “I make Sangiovese, the rest are making coke” popular saying of the wine maker 😊 — 7 years ago
Exceptional single-vineyard Manzanilla. Bone dry with an agile depth and weight. After 12-14 years in the solera this has a nearly endless finish. Aged manchego, chorizo, Andalusian tripe - versatile and dramatically lovely — 8 years ago

Singed wood, dried tobacco, bitter almond, this has a lot to give. — 7 years ago
Dry but not too sour. Sip for the aroma and the loooong finish. I am not a sherry expert, but this is elegant. — 7 years ago
Fantastic Barolo - lighter and silkier than most Barolos, but plenty of tannins, dark fruit and mild tobacco for a nice balance and complexity — 8 years ago
Good bottle from a bad vintage. Big. — 10 years ago
Technically 2010, though officially NV. Incredible. Ordered from NY but I hope to find a local supplier. — 11 years ago
Un Xeres exceptionnel, âgé de presque 43 ans! D'une complexité ahurissante — 12 years ago
Very good quality with a solid expression of its provenance and a good length. Bruised apples, yeast, bread, iodine and a dry chalkiness puts this right where it belongs a good concentration on the palate which could last longer. As all serious sherries it is performing well above its price which takes you the question that everyone ask themselves, why don’t I drink more sherry? — 6 years ago
Delicious Oloroso. Toasted walnut with a hint of orange peel. — 7 years ago
Straordinario. Enozioni2018 — 7 years ago
Burnt orange peels, pecans, level acidity, some almond at the finish. Decent length. 18% ABV. — 8 years ago
First taste is juicy very full bodied earth tones and well balanced acidity. — 9 years ago
The wine’s nose is vibrant and fresh with nutty aromas of yeast and salinity. A raisiny note adds counterpoint. On the palate it is rich and substantial. It’s very, very dry and has quite a long finish. — 9 years ago
Pair lovely and crisp. Just so wine. — 10 years ago
Unsweetened caramel, toasted walnuts and cashews. Wonderfully layered with complexity and tremendous length. — 12 years ago
