19/12/14 at 3 St James' St., from magnum. Developed and individual. Bees wax, hydromel, quince combine with some nuttiness. Open and deep flavours. Dry, mineral. Good tension. medium bodied. Spicy and citric finish. Very good and interesting wine. Macabeu (nose) and Chenin Blanc (palate) dominate, the later reminding me the character and complexity I experienced with one bottle of Vouvray Le Haut-Lieu 1995 from Dom.
