Spicy and citric finish. Very good and interesting wine. Macabeu (nose) and Chenin Blanc (palate) dominate, the later reminding me the character and complexity I experienced with one bottle of Vouvray Le Haut-Lieu 1995 from Dom. Gaston Huet.
