Proof that good French Rose from Provence doesn't have to break the bank or spend ludicrous amounts of marketing money. Nice pale pink with that classic ocean air, crushed cranberry, red berry citrusy nose. Light & dry on the palate. Total summer into late fall Rose for $10! I would be glad to promote this wine under my new brand "The Big Fat Guido" while I grow a man braid. Should out sell the leading 750ml wine cooler rose out on the cash grab Rose market. — 9 years ago
Riesling fruitiness and Chardonnay creaminess, with an intense acid bite. Very long finish. Delicious! — 10 years ago
A blend of Grenache from the right side of the Rhone river and Syrah from the left side cooler adds some freshness — 11 years ago
This isn't the blanc, its hard to tell from label but its the red in next pix of description part of label — 12 years ago
Outstanding value that over-performs. For $10 you get balance, acidity, and crispness. Grapefruit zest and cotton candy on the nose and the pallet exhibits strawberries, cranberries, lemon, and a refreshing finish. Great for this time of the year! To add to it, everything Michael Gassier is making under this label is receiving high accolades.
Cheers!
