In its decline. Vinous profile, honey, candied lemon nose and flavors are present. Upon opening i perceived a flawed wine. However it wasn't flawed. Perfectly sound and actually quite good. It lost some minerality and fervent bubbles, but overall it was good. Vinous champagne is a gamble and this time we did okay. — 12 years ago
