Had on 5/8/15. Vintage Wine Merchants. The golden color caused me a moment's pause, but no premox detected. Pure perfume on the nose early, that settled into a lively pear-gala apple aroma with caramel and oak. Rich mouth-feel, lush fruit, citrus and vanilla. The acid was tentative, but lasted minutes. Not as complex as I'd like, but a lovely; ready wine. — 11 years ago

Greg Hobbs featured opening wine for us at The Artisans of Barossa. This is his Tango for the two grapes in the blend...Shiraz and Viognier. The two make for an excellent wine that just kept dancing better and better as they opened up. Greg was a Police Officer for 10 years before buying property in Barossa. Quite a transition!
