Excellent Washington State Tempranillo. Lighter and less fruity than Spanish Tempranillo but quite good. Dry and softer. Finish is not as lasting. — 8 years ago

20 year old Syrah? From A wine pioneer? I’m pairing it with a giant Del Frisco’s steak.
it’s still tart and assertive but the age brings out earthy herbal notes that counter-balance nicely. Glad to have enjoyed it! — 8 years ago
Very nice. Very tart cherry with a hint of a rhubarb chaser. Had my traditional baked sweet potato from a recipe that @Dana Kennedy gave me. I think she is out of wine 😩 — 9 years ago

This was the middle wine @Dana Kennedy. Lots of different aromas and flavors. Cola @Todd Abrams was the first followed by raisins and cigars. Pretty damn good — 9 years ago
Big wine. Dark cherry lots with a lot of tannins. Thanks @Dana Kennedy for shopping this afternoon. Hope you enjoy the wine!! — 9 years ago

Impressive! Dark purple, aromatic nose, intense but not overpowering pallet with a hint of spice on the finish. — 8 years ago
