Really good vanilla notes — 6 years ago
Lots of maturity and arancio. Tawny (leather, chocolate, dried fruit) character. — 7 years ago
Enjoyed this Sicilian red tonight. Enjoyed the fruity flavors with the semi-hard cheeses after dinner. — 7 years ago
Great summer rose.
Sweet. Not dry. — 7 years ago
My favorite type of grape, and did not disappoint. It turned very dry with a complement of dark berries. Mid-range alcohol content my only fault. — 8 years ago
More textured than on first taste, excellent acid and lemon followed by weighty minerality. Has a Cork. — 9 years ago

Right up there for me. Lovely soft but dry palate which had a really well rounded flavour and good depth. £11 from a deli — 6 years ago

Pinot Nero 70% di Cumières (Valeée de la Marne 93% premier cru) , Chardonnay 30% (Avize, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Chouilly, Cote des blancs 100% grand cru).
20% in botti di rovere
no fermentazione malo lattica
dosaggio tra 8-10g/l
48 mesi lieviti e 6 mesi riposo dopo sboccatura.
Prima aromi fruttati: lampone, mirtillo. Poi note floreali: rosa, pompelmo rosa, arancio. Infine: note calde, dolci, speziate del legno, sfumature frutti secchi, cacao, cioccolato. In bocca: sferico, cremoso, denso, equilibrato, goloso. Pinot Nero: ricco, corposo, concentrato ma senza traccia di pesantezza, squisito, struttura vinosa, ma contenuta, fruttato, frutti rossi. Chardonnay: mineralità e freschezza e note floreali.
accenti di borgogna in champagne.,

Dry but has flavor — 7 years ago
First word that comes to mind- Pure enjoyment. Over turned soil with bramble and oak on nose. Taste; Front raspberry tamed by grip of rose + flash of saddle leather tannins. The finish a delightful sour cranberry cleanse .
I’m sure there is more to find with this wine depending on what you are accompanying it with. Worth a do over🍷 — 7 years ago
Very pleasent wine, low acid, low tannins, lots of juicy fruits. And rather cheap for what it offers. — 8 years ago
Great surprise pick for dinner by my father. Full of fruit and balanced dryness. Love those warm weather terroir Sicilian reds. — 8 years ago
Really yummy peach and pear flavors without being too acidic. — 9 years ago

Spicy light delish. My taste buds have also been dulled by a recent virus but it does taste spicy to me — 5 years ago
