Continues to be one of the better sequoia grove reds. Earthy and balanced and it took harsh or tannic. — 9 months ago
Drinking nicely but could still use more time. Opens to be earthy and bold. — 2 years ago
I love this wine.
Tart and funky, a little sour but also mellow. — 4 years ago
A sweet and fruity start that leaves little bitterness. A semi-spicy finish. Cherries and peppercorn. — 4 years ago
Wow delightful and refreshing. Lemon/rind and mineral. Get some! — 5 years ago
D*** good Barbera—bright, acidic, and bursting with cherries and spice. Lovely with food — 5 years ago
Favorite that still delivers. Oaky and round and full but not too much. — 8 months ago
Still a great Merlot but lots of dark fruit and feels alcoholic/hangover inducing. Their wines recently need to sit much longer than in the past. — 3 years ago
Drinking really nice! Sad to see the last bottle go especially knowing this was a one year vintage. Would get again if available. — 4 years ago
Light red tannic bright fruit, mineral — 5 years ago
Great paired with a local meal. What grows together goes together after all — 6 years ago
Unfiltered watermelon pink rose. Chewy, sweet candy on the nose with a hint of floral rose. Bright acidity with a saltiness to it. Grippy with long mouthfeel. Really dimensional and delicious! — 8 months ago
PnP. Dark red color with purple tints. Big, dark fruit with some medicinal elements on the nose. Plums, blackberries, and tons of oak on the palate. Big wine with medium plus depth. Medium plus finish with lots of oak and alcohol. Puckering finish. Different and somewhat better than expected. — 9 months ago
Seemed an appropriate Christmas wine. Can’t rave enough about Kf wines. QPR is a little whack but it delivers. Way too young to open but ran it through the Venturi a few times and it showed really pretty red fruit, elegant wine. Hold for several years before trying again. — 3 years ago
Great recommendation
Super new to my pallet-loving it — 5 years ago

1hr+ decant. Dark red color. Nice nose of cedar, dark cherries, and earth. Went downhill from there. Bigger tannins than expected with a tartness that overwhelmed. Minimal fruit and little depth with a near zero finish. Wasn’t over the hill, but just not up to expectations. — 5 months ago
