Drank 2/13/14 with sashimi and little necks. Good, 'not top five, but top 10.' — 12 years ago
Merlot and Cab Franc. Garnet to the edges. Medium viscosity. Strong nose of cherries and red licorice. Needed forty five minutes to loosen up. Cherries,, raspberry, faint mushroom, slight menthol drying the tongue. Acid medium plus. Could probably successfully age another 10-15 years based on tannin. — 12 years ago
Full ripeness of cherry fruit with beautiful balance of acid, cardamon, five spice and cedar undertones. Medium body weight. But I'd cellar this for longer term drinking in 5-10 years — 10 years ago
Easy drinking, went well with an Asian five spice/hoisin grilled pork loin. Enjoyed it enough to have again the next day with charcuterie. — 10 years ago
Opened Thursday night and enjoyed a glass, but it was even better when we finished the bottle Friday evening. — 12 years ago
