2011. I don't go in for overly figurative tasting notes but this wine's got moxie, character. It knows what it's about. Others mentioned nebbiolo, but from the Hellenic side of the street. @James Forsyth - This is a white Burgundy (Chardonnay) not Pinot Noir. A unicorn white from NSG. Plenty of spicy, oaky detail in contrast with a tense acidic structure. Very cool to have tried this. A unique and delicious wine. — 8 years ago

It's young, no doubt about that. Might wait 5 years to open the next one... A lovely pure, greenish hue, fine, crystal clear; toast all the way - still closed but alluring; rounded and balanced, with good acidity. The fruit and sugar are present but well hidden.
