Really great Pinot. Well balanced, yet complicated flavors that bode well. Very enjoyable to drink. — 9 years ago
I opened this bottle fast and slurped down the first sip... It's a foggy Friday in July and I'll be damned if I don't take this opportunity to leave the white in the fridge. It lived up to all my expectations: approachable, hints of black olive on nose and sip, round beautiful balanced fruit and a mouthfeel fit for the table. It paired perfectly with fresh buckwheat pasta, shiitake mushrooms and lots of Parmesan. Thanks, Kermit! — 9 years ago
I thought I would try something a bit different, a Pinot from Austria. What a surprise a very well done Pinot that could pass as a Burgundian Pinot. This I purchased for around $17.99. On the nose I get a nice funk I truly enjoy. Nice raspberry and plum notes with pepper, and forest floor on a foggy night. The palate shows succulent ripe fruit , cherry, strawberry, raspberry, with a smooth mouth feel and silky tannins. Medium acidity, medium body and medium finish. A very delicious Pinot Noir. — 10 years ago

Got this bottle at the Tasting Room in Geyserville, CA. Delicious — 12 years ago
Just lovely. Crushed raspberry and a lovely smell of pepper and you can almost smell the foggy air in Sta Rita Hills. Taste is smooth with both red berries and vegetables. Hint of new oak. Love it and I am lucky to have more in my cellar — 9 years ago
I love all of the wines Palmina make. This one is such a lazy salty lover. Your hobo love with tar on his feet but a luscious long con on the tongue. Has he been licking a strawberry sucker then sipping Pellegrino? Enjoy a glass of him while the affair lasts, up until the last balmy, foggy warm night in Santa Barbara. — 9 years ago
Was on a wine list. Nice starter cider wine. Little bubbly feeling — 9 years ago
Turns out i love virginia apples — 10 years ago
Sweet tarts, the pink cherry ones, and just a hint of spree, the coating, that initial metallic sour shock. Head change keeps getting foggy...the cloud spirits are strong in here. I keep thinking I'm tasting chalk but then I keep feeling like I'm tasting ocean clouds. I'm having a fun time with this right now at work but this bottle calls for a day of rain or a windy pause in the hills. The confusion of this drink is tricky. It took twice around to have these evaluations and perhaps its ready now but then again maybe the fog becomes something pretty in the end...but when? — 10 years ago
Excellent Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir- FogDog. Lucky to have a 2006, on a foggy day in Ventura. Near perfect mouth feel, with toasted oak, cherry and vanilla notes. — 12 years ago

Another tasty exception to my rule of not usually enjoying sauvignon blancs. Not all the way dry, plenty of wet stones, white flowers, passionfruit, clementine and kind of a classic Austrian aromatic quality that i always get, which makes me think of a foggy spring morning with wet concrete all around. — 8 years ago
