A 4 way blend of Cattarato, Carricante, Inzolia and Zibibbo. 25% each and all white grapes. This 2016 vintage was 12.5% Alcohol. Zibibbo (Muscat of Alexandria) dominates the nose. Cattarato - the full bodied palate. Low acid ; Drink now. An excellent summer quaffer. — 7 years ago
