It's not every night that you get a reggae lesson from your Spanish Wine buyer- so I thought I should open something special to go with the great chicken thighs that Cinnamon made. This bottle was spectacular- so much leathery intrigue, truffle like complexity and still completely focussed on the finish. An vid lovers vintage with resolved tannin and time in hand.
