Fell in love with this winery! Love so many of their wines. — 11 years ago
Good for sipping, but great when poured over fruits---watermelon, peaches and nectarines. Yum! — 12 years ago
Great, easy drinking but interesting wine. Enjoying with superlative middle Eastern food at Palomar. — 10 years ago
A nice non-vintage red that shows deep sweet red cherries, licorice, black pepper, licorice, and lots of balance. The nose is a bit muted, but adds an earthiness to the mix. This easy wine is from high-altitude grapes on Mt Palomar in San Diego county and I am thrilled to have discovered it...to go with a cheesy manicotti dinner! Medium to long finish. — 11 years ago
Blend of 4 Bordeaux grapes. Spicy with floral hints. Smooth yet complex... Wait for the cherry to hit you. It's spicy, but sweet. — 12 years ago
A spectacular wine from another one of my favorite boutique wineries. This one sits high up on Mt Palomar in San Diego county. The wine is dark and shows lots of fruit with nice cherries on the nose. Long finish and easy to drink. Nice. — 12 years ago

A dry red, this "Kyanti" hits with strong flavors of cherry before receding into a pleasant smokey after taste. — 11 years ago
