Good for shrimp with cocktail sauce but I drunk with pizza with olive, pomodoro, pancetta. Delicious apprentif. (Bubbles are not that tight, quite dry. White wine, blend of Coda di Volpe and Falanghina grapes.

Clear, medium yellow colour.

On the nose citrus peel of medium intensity, especially lemon and orange. Strong minerality of volcanic rocks, expression of the soil where the grapes are grown.

Dry with high acidity on the palate and medium body. Nice pear flavour.
