Made by Selosse at Feudi do San Gregorio. Oxidative, oak driven, and oh so Selosse. — 12 years ago
Minerality, white flower, white peach, delicate rose petals on the nose. Med body, high acid(wow), med p intensity, dry, bitter, yeasty med p finish with hint of green apple aromas. Good for shrimp with cocktail sauce but I drunk with pizza with olive, pomodoro, pancetta. Delicious apprentif. (Bubbles are not that tight, quite dry. Difficult to find residual sugar in this wine) — 10 years ago

Great full bodied wine to pair with salami and cheese! — 10 years ago
light but strong, pronounced oakiness with only mild tannins, a rosemary note; pairs nicely with spicy foods / red meat, without overpowering. — 10 years ago
