As dark and inky as they come from around here. Initial bouquet of boysenberry and Ferro-Rochet. Needs a good long spin in the decanter to show what it's got but with time I find a pure cassis core draped in chocolate and cedar notes with gorgeous balance and lift despite its youth — 8 years ago
