Rich, powerful, plums-and-berries, smoky wine. Excellent a lance, mildest tannins, great finish. Wow. — 10 years ago

Fun on a bike makes this a memorable wine. A woody/pencil shaving nose and smooth taste. Love it! Thanks Lance x — 11 years ago
Black cherry and floral on the nose. Peppery/smokey smooth finish. Full-bodied. — 11 years ago

Great for dinner or just to have a glass on the couch with a movie. I would honestly take this basically any time I want a glass of red. Full bodied, on the dry side, and not too sweet/juicy. — 9 years ago

Memories of Martinborough, NZ. This was our favorite winery in NZ. Lance the winemaker recommended aging this bottle until 17-19, so we opened it now. Fantastic Pinot. — 8 years ago

Terrific aromatics. Pink grapefruit and hints of jasmine. Rosé from Fer Servadou — 10 years ago
Oh man. This is lovely. 2013 vintage Cidre de Fer. Single Variety Bohnapfel cider, semi-sweet, bottle conditioned. Well balanced and pleasurable. — 10 years ago
A lot better than I expected. Some of the other reviews have mistakenly identified this as a Cab Franc. It's actually a Fer Servadou. Earthy, spicy, peppery aromas; bright flavors of tart plum with black olive and soy sauce; soft, dusty, elegant and not as fruit driven as many wines from the Aveyron area. — 11 years ago
Took a while to unwind and open up, but very rewarding — 11 years ago
