Call me crazy, but this wow’d me!!! I’m also not a huge Champagne drinker.
Got this bottle 2+yrs ago for free from our grocery store. Thought it was going to be a drain pourer, but was I wrong!!
Light gold color. Nose of brioche, nuts, and caramel. Reminds me of a very young vintage Bollinger Le Grand Annee (which is my go to). Balanced, easy to drink, with lovely flavor. Paired awesome with Chicken Katsu Curry. Could be a fluke, a great food pairing, or a hidden treasure! Either way, this was awesome!! £23 on the website right now! — 4 years ago
