Brought back from sa. Mckenzie daughter friend of my son. Had fun visiting their winery. Enjoyed this wine and others we brought back — 10 years ago
An older group of pretty older ladies at Taps (A mother, a daughter and an aunt) were sitting at a table and drinking red wine. I commented on how the color looked like it would be very good so she offered me a taste and poured me a glass. — 12 years ago
Still young but showing beautifully! No rush to drink. Named after our oldest daughter, Taylor. — 10 years ago

Not the best vintage, but this is classic Napa Cabernet. A classic nose, the palate is great, mid-afternoon is amazing and then things get awkward on the finish with dry brittle tannins. Still a good effort though. The Togni style is rooted in the old world as the senior Philip is a Brit. His daughter Lisa now makes the wines but they are of the same family tree for sure. Philip remarkably made the Chappellet wines in the early years and set a reputation there of superb quality and classicism. Looking for a top Napa Cabernet? Togni is one of the best and well priced. They drink well young, but superbly with time. #puritydefined — 10 years ago

Purchased just after release at the celler after a great tasting with Pere and his daughter Maria.
Made from 80 years old Cariñena and Garnacha 50/50 blend.
Great nose with black and blue berries, plums, a touch vanilla, authum forrest, spices from the Porrea hills, drinking this wine 8 times over the last 10 years and is now fully mature the hard edges are gone and has mellowed out, still full bodied, well balanced and smooth tannins, nice mineral touch, long aftertaste..... Sadly my last bottle of this 2000 vintage..... — 10 years ago
