2011 drinking very nicely, albeit far too early for BP — 10 years ago
Very smooth. This is by far the best Pinots I've ever had. — 11 years ago
There is nothing to compare the history nor the unbelievable taste of the the Dom!!! By far one of my all time favorite bottles of true Champagne. — 13 years ago
Dark ruby /purple in color with a purple rim.
Meduim to full bodied with gorgeous legs.
Beautiful on the nose with blueberries, blackberries, cherries, nutmeg, vanilla, white pepper and candy.
Smooth on palate with blackberries, dark currants, plums, raisins, oak ,vanilla, cola chocolate and black pepper.
Dry finish with dark berries, peppercorn and voluptuous tannins.
What a wonderful wine. Very recommended. The best Australian Shiraz I had so far.
Can be had by itself or with grilled meats.
This Shiraz spent 12 months in American oak barrels and aged beautifully.

Bought a case originally at $22/bottle. Still have 5 left. Knock on wood, not a bad bottle so far! — 12 years ago
So much 🐴🍂✏️🚬 ! Nice to have an "off vintage" in pristine condition. Far from a blockbuster but delicious, soft, and very easy to drink. #birthyear — 10 years ago
83 vintage was showing strong tannin still... Lovely wine, everything there but definitely in to secondary flavour characteristics. Even this far back Pontet-Canet was punching above it's 5th growth status. #mtlwinethrowdown — 10 years ago

I'm going to come clean, I'm not a huge Caymus fan. It's by no means a bad wine - far from it - but I've always felt they blend their Cab with too much Zin. I could be wrong on that account, but I don't think I am. Still, a nice brooding nose of dark red and blue fruit, with a touch of candied fruit and wet earth. — 10 years ago
