Great cab...not very sweet. — 7 years ago
Viscous and legs-producing liquid with purple-red color; a delicious stonybrook chlorine minerality comes first on the nose followed by dark small mulberries and blackberries, dusty notes, and a clear oak profile with spices and vanillin; mouthfilling high acid and tannins integrate fairly well with the fruit and spices and end with a chest-burning satisfying medium-length finish (14% alcohol). Good price-to-quality ratio. Had with Beaufort and Kaltbach cheeses accompanied by Louie and the Dukes of Dixieland on vinyl. — 8 years ago

Let’s qualify this statement by saying that I’m not a wine connoisseur. That said, I really enjoyed this wine. Not overly sweet and smooth.. — 4 years ago

My next favorite down from the 2010 Old World Red. This is the perfect table red and it goes with everything. — 11 years ago

Excellent Malbec from 150-year-old vines in Mendoza Argentina. Hard to find and great to have. — 8 years ago
Kind of leathery, which i LOVE. So good. Beautiful bottle. — 9 years ago
Part of Nebbiolo's deception is its ruby red color. The flavors or tar, violets, and red fruit are unmistakable. When some of your pals are switching to party whites a man must keep pounding the Reds. This is a great wine at almost QPR levels. The velvety body matches the finish which lingers for half a minute — 9 years ago
Sweet and light, very nice! — 12 years ago

Fantastic Chianti! Dusty, earthy, expressive, full body. What else? Dark fruit carried by notes of leather, cigar box. Crazy, all that for a Chianti, how is that possible 🤓. — 3 years ago
