二杯目。何と言っても香りが良い。吸い寄せられるような美しい赤みがかったガーネット。作り手の繊細さが伝わる、緻密な味わい。かなりの買い得だった。
二日目。樽香というのか良い香りがする。一口目は少し硬い。まだ温度が低すぎるのか。フルムダンベールをつまみながら時を待つ。
20分程たつ。昨日程の感動はない。一日か。でも、これはこれでうまいワイン。味わいは軽く、ソフトな感じ。アルコール度は12%で低めなのが感じられる。
