2010 Ramey Pedregal Cabernet. Brought by S&C F for dinner at Press. Interesting to drink this after the 1990 Latour. So different, but beautiful in its own way. Beautiful fruit, but what we really commented on was the rich mouthfeel and long finish. Nice treat! — 9 years ago

Somm recommended at Epic. Strong hints of tobacco, minerality with a lush lingering after taste. S F has great food and wine — 10 years ago
2006 Pierre Yves Colin Morey Batard Montrachet. Enjoyed at dinner w S&C F at Nobu M. Super rich, buttery, lush. Awesome. Loved. — 9 years ago
A: Dark red with cherry reflections. Clean and nice. 4/5
S: Equilibrated smell, some sourness and sweetness, although it follows the sourness a bit more. A bit of alcohol and cherry. 3.75/5
T: The taste is pleasant. It has a nice equilibrium between sweetness and sourness, although I believe its closer to sour wines. A little alcohol taste, and some wood (close to cork) 3.75/5
F: The feeling is nice, pleasant for an everyday wine. 3.75/5
O: Very nice, we can consider buying it again. 3.75/5 — 10 years ago
7 yrs has softened this nicely. Wacky blend of cab s & f, Merlot, Syrah, petit Verdot, and Malbec oddly works great. — 11 years ago

Phenomenal NZ Bordeaux style blend. Good French profile but unmistakeable kiwi chacteristics.
N-fine leather, overripe dark forest fruits, trace of forest floor
P-blueberry, red currant, plum, gives way to chocolate. Exceptionally smooth tannins. Very subtle well integrated oak. Good structure from Cab S.
F-long and rich.
Acid still a little high at back - drink dates probably 2019-23 for optimum. Would serve now though.
