Really enjoyed this one! February 2015 Altura wine club. Tannic and earthy. Notes of black cherry, game and licorice. Savory notes of bay leaves and thyme complemented by black pepper spice and vanilla. This wine would be great with a Cajun style dish such as Jambalaya. — 11 years ago

February 2015 Altura wine club. This wine delivers juicy blackberry and and black cherry aromas and flavors while subtle notes of white pepper and mineral add complexity. Fresh acidity makes it extremely food friendly. This wine would go beautiful with a peppercorn crusted tuna steak and red wine reduction. — 11 years ago
