Frutos negros en sabor y olor. Regusto sabor higo y arándanos. Delicioso, solo eso sí, si no te agradan los vinos salados, este no es tu vino. Los vinos de la Ribera del Guadiana me recuerdan mi visita a Cáceres, la patria de Hernán Cortés, muy ácidos, ideal en un corte como Sirlon o Arrachera. Los vinos europeos no suelen ser tan salados, como los de México o Sudamérica pero éste es riquísimo.


Black fruits in flavor and smell. Incredible taste flavor figs and blueberries. Delicious, only that if you do not like salty wines, this is not your wine. The Ribera del Guadiana wines remind me of my visit to Cáceres, the homeland of Hernán Cortés, very acid, ideal in a cut like Sirlon or Arrachera. Gamay from Morgon (Vieilles Vignes) with Trousseau from the Jura. I have a feeling the gamay went through carbonic maceration and the trousseau was fermented conventionally. The gamay brings a freshness, a pop, whilst the trousseau is adding body, velvet, almost richness which is quite incredible for a 12.5% wine. There's summer berries, perhaps raspberries typical of Beaujolais with the trousseau adding further interest. Chalky tannins, crunchy acid, Ganevat is such an intriguing vigneron. Tasting this Syrah made in Peru, young vineyards, I'm sure in time will surprise us, we pair it with Spaghetti (Tallarin) Saltado (like Peruvian Lomo Saltado without french fries & rice), second course, mixed salad, remember always give a opportunity to Peruvian wines, sure you don't regret, the pairing... excellent!
