Wow. Hits me straight away. Complex citrus yet mild acidity. Slight waxiness giving body. — 9 years ago

Has strength and definition, a reckless ride of flavours. — 9 years ago
So fresh and perfectly mature. Not at all overripe. Great wine I'll probably never have again. At La Rotisserie de La Tour d'Argent. — 10 years ago
This is, quite simply, the best champagne I've ever tried... a must if you have the opportunity! — 10 years ago

Bold yet smooth. Pairs well with foie grois and hard cheeses — 8 years ago
Nose: rich nose of sweet honey, orange blossom, stone fruit, white rose... The floral component balance very well the fruit one. After flowers, stone fruit comes
Palate: medium body but still very light, good acidity level - nice citrus then flowers note, honey. Drinkable but still complex enough.

Such a good red blend - dry tangy and fruity but with a smooth finish. This is my favorite red. — 10 years ago
1988 Coche Rougeots from Tour d'argent cellar @ La Rotisserie. Totally amazing wine. Very conflicted emotions since this is where we were holed-up during the attacks in Paris, afraid to venture out into the streets. Surreal night... — 10 years ago
