Tangy leesy quince and preserved lemon make for a departure from the typical fainter Cava. Substantive without weight and floral on a savory spectrum, this is delicious right here on its own but I imagine would pair well with tender pulpo over crisp, roasted potatoes under a gentle shake of ground paprika. — 9 years ago
