Jesus have mercy! It's a tad chalky. Reminds me of elementary school. — 9 years ago
Very balanced cab. Yummy good. — 10 years ago
Deep almost blackish red coloration. Wreaks of elementary school marks-a-lot, licorice, and forest floor. Weighty attack of blackberry compote, licorice, and cassis with medium finish of chewy tannins and bright acidity. Still has some weight and tannin to shed but will retain its freshness due to its great amount of acid. — 11 years ago
Fruit cup, like you had in your lunch sack in elementary school or from the cafeteria, lemon rind, as it warms: butterscotch, toasted almond, banana, all wrapped in stone. — 12 years ago
Acidic. Floral on the nose and front palate. Minty grapefruit, tropical fruits. Like those tropical Starbursts candies I used in a class presentation in elementary school as “the food of my imaginary land.” — 6 years ago
Nice round flavor. Read "led pencil" from someone else which is so spot on. It's like an oaky elementary classroom. Delish. — 8 years ago
caramel, spice, and pencil shavings; I am suddenly transported back to elementary school, seeing bright yellow penmanship posters on the walls — 10 years ago
Medium leaning towards full-bodied. Honeysuckle, honeysuckle, honeysuckle - so much so that I can envision myself, at 10 years old, tasting the nectar from honeysuckle blossoms that grew behind my elementary school. Honey, Asian Pear and subtle minerality on the finish. This Beerenauslese is unbelievably well-balanced with light acidity, the alcohol is hardly discernible. Beautifully executed, I imagine that 5-10 years from now this will be a gem! I paired it with baked Bosc Pear with blue Stilton and toasted walnuts drizzled in organic wildflower honey, which complemented it perfectly. — 10 years ago

Yum Sancerre!
Grassy nose, nice mineral, elementary school chalk dust components. Palate had great, balanced acidity, light citrus and chalk/limestone. Really improving in the glass as the wine warms and gets some fresh air.
Chilling out on the patio on a wonderful 70° Berkshires afternoon, perfect mid-summer day. — 8 years ago
Red fruits - cherries with some menthol notes. Soft with pretty fruits. Pretty red fruits with softer tannins. A bit elementary & not very complex. A tad spicey. Very youthful! — 9 years ago
Wonderful at kindergarten. Look forward to elementary school age. — 10 years ago
Huge wine, complex, a tiny bit hot, great finish. Great fuel for this week's elementary school science projects! — 12 years ago

Golden colour in the glass. Tropical fruit nose of pineapple, banana, wet stone, vanilla, oak, toasted nuts. Palate confirms this with pineapple/banana notes, medium acidity, long finish. Overall, beautiful rich white, taste almost reminds me of a fruit cup you'd eat in elementary school... in a good way! — 5 years ago
