Crazy energy, electric and energizing on the palate. Tart apple, grapefruit, crisp yellow plum, hint of white peach, crushed chalk and sponti/yeasty funk (?). There's a distinct saline note, crisp and focused throughout. Finish is a melange of pepper spice and pleasant astringency mixed with citrus zest. This wine always brings so much to the table for the price. Much more purity of fruit and rock than last vintage. — 8 years ago

Not a complex flavor but still rich and full. It went really well with the peppery steak I served it with! I'd buy this again in a heartbeat. — 10 years ago

Oh Lord! Sea spray, Sorrento lemon, electric minerality! Acid! — 12 years ago
The 15 Friulano is something truly remarkable. So broad and intense, yet with a superb refinement and sharp tune to it thanks to the pronounced minerality. The electric, almost savory presence on the palate is just stunning, and the finish is lasting through both one and two encores. This wine ticks all boxes for nothing less than outstanding. — 8 years ago
Wow. I've passed buy Huet's wines many times and finally took the plunge. Definitely adding this producer to my regular rotation. This is KILLER Chenin. Loads of acidity keeps this absolutely electric on the palate. Would love to buy another bottle and keep it in the cellar for 20 years to see where this goes. — 9 years ago
Acidity is electric! — 9 years ago
Electric and palate staining in flavor intensity, this had classic lemon, lime, slate, and apple, with a touch of honeyed richness. Feinherbs are quickly becoming my favorite style of Riesling. — 9 years ago
So much going on and changes every minute. Like electric adult kool aid — 10 years ago
One of the best Chardonnays I've had! Surprisingly good for a $5 bottle of wine. — 11 years ago
Great wine, bad pizza. Lunch break with the great T-dub Tim Losch... Electric Tavel Rosé from Mssr. Pfifferling between pressing old vine Carignan and treading Syrah/Viognier. #harvest2013 — 12 years ago
What a lovely wine. Age served it well. Complexity galore. Electric tension with perfect balance. Rather subtle lemony nose but explosion of floral notes and oily sweet texture. Yummy. Didn't know still have 4 bottles. Even more impressive 3 days later. Acid and fruit and sweetness in precisely the right balance. Yum yum! — 9 years ago
Grapefruit, apple, lemon, slate, orange zest and hints of dried apricot. Electric acidity and good minerality. — 9 years ago
Not sure at first glass but feels like it will match the dessert — 12 years ago
There is no year on it. It is a very sweet Moscato. — 13 years ago

Electric, brioche, mineral, awesome, love 2008, had this bottle at cellar temp, so slightly warm, as we like, showed flawless!
Photos of their cellar holding close to 60,000 bottles, intimate. — 7 years ago
