Very nice and interesting Syrah from the Rhone. Aromatically not that intense, but this has great freshness and acidity, with medium tannins. More purity of restrained fruit than earth or funk. Quite nice with a ribeye at Prairie Whale in the Berkshires. — 7 years ago

Nice wine. Enjoyed the lighter body and milder red fruit of this wine. A whiff of leather and tobacco on nose and some earth on the palate. Wouldn't really say any floral quality to this Pinot. If you anthropomorphize this wine, I can see describing her as "elegant" and "soft" and "smooth". But did not achieve "sexy" or "seductive" status for me. Second date? Sure. Why not? — 9 years ago

Just enough sour (almost cider esque) from wine barrel aging. Very complex with funky, straw like nuances. A contemplative beer brewed in Salt Lake City by Epic and aged accordingly with a collaboration from Crooked Stave in Fort Collins. — 10 years ago
