Love this varietal. Light golden color with even lighter green highlights. Aromas of lemon zest, white flowers, spice and a hint of petrol. Pallet features peach, apricot and ripe citrus fruit with an unmistakable earthy/mineral note on the finish. Good balance of acidity and alcohol. — 2 years ago
fresh flavoured, well balanced excellent aperitif, goes well with plain fish and plain cooked salmon. — 7 years ago
Light body but with acid, tannin and dark fruit. — 7 years ago
Tangy, fresh and vibrant. A real zinger of a PG — 8 years ago
Very expressive nose - with lemon peel, some white peach and a lot of mountain - mountain herbs & flowers, grass, minerality. Fresh & clean as a mountain spring.
Juicy and quite herby-savoury on the palate. Cool & fresh with rocky minerality. Nice depth & great length.
This is a really nice one - for an apero but also with food — 8 months ago
2013. Light body, tending towards brick color, tart raspberries and spice. Nice acidity, but still easy drinking. — 6 years ago
Great with spaghetti bolognese. Once again, this Augustinian abbey does not disappoint. — 6 years ago
Luscious citrus and herbal tones. Nice finish. I have heard silvaner described as honeysuckle and I agree. — 7 years ago

Italian Gru-V! Delicate aromas of white flowers, apricot and tropical fruits. Bright citrus flavors with mineral and asparagus notes on the pallet. Hint of white pepper spice. Yellow/Green color. Wonderful freshness. Tastes like spring in a bottle! Bracing acidity. Excellent. — 4 years ago
