Love this varietal. Light golden color with even lighter green highlights. Aromas of lemon zest, white flowers, spice and a hint of petrol. Very expressive nose - with lemon peel, some white peach and a lot of mountain - mountain herbs & flowers, grass, minerality. Fresh & clean as a mountain spring.
Juicy and quite herby-savoury on the palate. Cool & fresh with rocky minerality. Nice depth & great length.
