Finally trying Cherry Pie (from Hundred Acre). 3 different single vineyard Pinots from 2012. Stanly Ranch is dynamite (and a vineyard to keep an eye on). Reminiscent of Kosta Browne. Next up is Rodgers Creek. Darker fruit. Less explosive, but a nice wine. Third up is Carinalli. Way lighter, though some spice to it. It's fine, but doesn't hold a candle to the other two. Mjukt friskt & rent. fina bär, inga tanniner, ingen redux, gott. — 9 years ago
Dang, this 13 is a succulent wine. Young but singing like a song bird. Dense, extracted, and rich as all get out. Milk chocolate, dried flowers and black plum on the nose, fabulously rich sweet fruit on the palate.. A touch of lavender and tannins rounding out the mouth make this a dynamite wine for $30 - the best vintage of this I've had.. Get as much as you can. — 10 years ago

Wowzers. Dynamite. — 12 years ago
This is a experiment Erich did; only a few barrels made; we tasted out of barrel in 2014. Blackberry tart and toasted oak on the nose. The palate is round and plush; velvet drapes of blue and black fruit. Finishes a bit short and with a vegetal edge. Black pepper lingers. — 9 years ago
This wine reminded me of the 5 great wine T's. Tannic, tannic, tannic, tannic, and tannic. Even so it's a dynamite wine. If you like Cali cab, this wine os for you. Drink from 2021-2035. #QPR #wineskylecanbuy — 9 years ago
Dynamite! Great bottle to end the night. Thanks @David MacMillan — 10 years ago
Polished, deep dark juice. Mocha and blueberries. Well structured, big but pretty. Lots of finesse. Kiwi and red currants on the finish. Just getting better and better. This stuff is dynamite. — 10 years ago

Deliciously bracing acidity and stony minerality, with an intensely citric nose. Dynamite value in a premier cru. — 9 years ago

Started out a little acidic but letting it air out really turned it around. Medium to light, nice finish, real easy going. — 10 years ago
I found this 97 north Coast Cab hiding away in my wine cellar, what a pleasant surprise! Good balance, nice fruit, mellow without losing its substance. Perfect to accompany the sunset on the Sound. — 10 years ago
Lovely bouquet and still holding up, paired like dynamite with seared duck, cherries and fig dish. — 10 years ago
Dynamite Bonne Mares. Still youthful, structured, classy. — 11 years ago

A highly unfortunate episode of spilling 3/4 of the bottle yielded only 5-6 oz. of juice remaining in the bottle to drink. The remaining juice was dynamite, though. Very dusty and rustic with dried cherries, cedar, tar and black pepper. Fantastic. — 8 years ago
